What is your pricing policy?
We make every effort to ensure that the items you see online are accurately priced. Despite our best efforts, however, items sometimes have incorect prices. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, technical, or other error, Schwartz & Co shall have the right to refuse any sale at the incorrect price.
Schwartz & Co reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at an incorrect price.
What is your return policy?
Within 30 days of receipt of merchandise you can easily arrange for returns and exchanges by calling our toll-free number, 1-800-526-1440. This policy does not include engraved/personalized items, sterling silver flatware that has been removed from their sealed bags, special orders and import orders. Dated and seasonal merchandise is non-returnable. The following are non-cancelable and non-returnable: engraving/personalizing orders, opened sterling silver orders, import orders. Special order items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Can I return a product that I received as a gift?
Yes, but not for a credit refund. A merchandise credit will be issued for gifts that are returned by the recipient. Please allow 3-4 weeks for returns processing through our facility. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Please call customer service toll-free at 1-800-526-1440. We will advise you on how to return/rectify the specific issue you may have. Please allow 3-4 weeks for returns processing through our facility.

Monday thru Friday is 10am to 5:30pm EST and Saturday is 12pm to 5pm EST.

How do I cancel or change an order?
When you place an order at schwartzco.co, your order immediately drops into our fulfillment center flow to help ensure your package is delivered within our estimated shipping time frames. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped. If you contact us before your items ship we may be able to cancel or change your order.
I placed an order, what's next?
After you place your order, you will receive emails about your order.
Below are examples of emails you might receive:
Order Confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order. It includes your confirmation number. Keep this email for your records.
Shipment Confirmation. This email confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped and your credit card was charged. You may receive multiple emails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.
How do I find the status of my order?
The status of your order is easy to find.
Check your email. You were required to enter an email address during Checkout. You will receive emails at your address keeping you up to date about the status of your order.
Visit the website. Sign In to Your Account at schwartzco.co 24 hours a day. You may view information about your most recent orders as well as past orders.

How do I use Promo Codes?
Once you have selected your items and put them in your basket, click on the view basket link at the top of the page. Once you are in the basket you will see a box for entering the Promo Code (PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL SEE YOUR PROMO CODE SAVINGS AT CHECKOUT). Click the submit button and proceed to the checkout.
What is "Clearance"?
Items offered through the Clearance section of our site are FINAL SALE. All Clearance items are NEW. Please be informed that the product may be received in one box and not received as sold on the site. For example, when purchasing two sets of six, you may receive twelve in one box. These items are on clearance at a drastically reduced price without detail to individual packaging. All Clearance items are a FINAL SALE; no returns allowed. What does 18/10 and 18/8 stainless mean?
Stainless steel is an alloy of raw steel and various other elements. There are different varieties of stainless in the marketplace today. 18/10 and 18/8 stainless steel is used in the highest quality products and is composed of a minimum of 18% chrome and 8% nickel. The chrome aids in reducing rust and stains, and the nickel adds color and luster to the product. Another alloy used for more moderately priced flatware is 18 Chrome stainless steel, comprised of 18% chrome, but no nickel content. Due to the lack of nickel, 18 Chrome stainless has a slightly different color, barely visible to the eye.
